Returns and Refunds
If you receive an item that is not satisfactory for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to sort things out.
We welcome returns within 14 days with a proof of purchase. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging if applicable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned, but we’ll of course compensate you in the rare instance that a product received is faulty or otherwise unsatisfactory.
To return your product, please email email@example.com and we’ll get the process started.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you’re returning an expensive item as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed and appear on your card or bank account statement.
